Transport of items purchased from Kausi will be carried out by a courier company.

Delivery times will generally be a maximum of 5 working days. These delivery times may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the chosen product or the delivery area. Likewise, in exceptional circumstances, this period may be altered due to extraordinary incidents with the carrier or difficulties in the delivery of the goods. In these cases, the delivery time may be up to 7 working days.

To avoid incidents in the delivery (wrong addresses, impossibility to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to fill out the corresponding form correctly, being obligatory to fill out the box relating to the contact telephone numbers.

Kausi's liability is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather phenomena that prevent normal traffic by land, sea or air,...). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the above deadlines do not apply.

Delivery times depend on the time taken to process the order and the shipment, and may vary depending on the distribution network provided by the transport agencies in each region. At the time of delivery, the Customer will not have to make any payment.

The delivery times of an order vary for each sale, although, under normal conditions, the minimum delivery time of an order placed through Kausiantes from 14:00 will be 1 day and the maximum 7 days, depending on the type or class of product and the place of delivery.

Kausi assumes no responsibility for the consequences of any delays in shipment.

Our carriers try to deliver up to 2 times to the address provided by the customer, during working hours from 9 to 18 hours. It is the customer's responsibility to be present at the delivery address provided to Kausi.
