Return Policy

CHANGES, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Purchases made on the Kausi Fans website may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. All those products will be accepted as long as they are in the same state in which they were purchased and in their original box.

The masks and the Olivia, for reasons of hygiene and due to the characteristics and peculiarities of the product, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If, exceptionally, the product has turned out to be defective, we will check its condition and once confirmed we will send a new one free of charge for the customer or, if we cannot get the product, we will refund the amount.

RETURNS - EXCHANGES PROCESS:
1.- Send an email to [email protected] with subject: Return/Exchange + Order number.

Once the product arrives to our warehouse:
If it is a return, we will make the refund as soon as possible having a legal maximum of 15 days to make the payment.
If it is an exchange, as soon as we verify the condition of the returned product we will send the new one.
4Changes will always be subject to inventory availability.

CANCELLATIONS.
The web reserves the right to cancel orders in case of computer errors that can blatantly change the price of a product.
